- courier delays beyond our control
2. Delivery Timeline

3. Shipping Charges

4. Order Tracking
Once dispatched, customers receive:

5. Delivery Attempts
Courier partners generally attempt delivery:

If delivery fails due to:
- incorrect address
- unreachable customer
- refusal to accept order
the shipment may be returned to us.

6. COD Orders
For Cash on Delivery orders:
Customers must ensure availability at delivery address.
Repeated refusal of COD orders may lead to:
- restriction of COD facility
- cancellation of future COD orders
7. Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Customers are responsible for providing correct address details.
If shipment returns due to incorrect address:
Reshipping charges must be paid before re-dispatch.
8. Delays Beyond Control

- public holidays
Such delays are outside our control.
9. Damaged Outer Packaging
If packaging appears damaged:
Customers must record an opening video before unpacking.
Claims without evidence may not be accepted.
10. Delivery Confirmation
Orders marked “Delivered” by courier partners are treated as successfully delivered unless reported within:
48 hours of delivery status update.
